Belvoir Park Phase 5 – Planning Approval
On Tuesday 19th March, planning permission was granted for the construction of 33 new dwellings at Belvoir Park. Phase 5 will consist of a mixture of three- and four-bedroom houses, as well as five two bed apartments.
The committee members voted to approve the application with 17 votes to one.
