Neptune Group is delighted to announce that Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council has approved two major planning applications for lands in Ballyclare. 272 new homes have been approved, made up of detached and semi-detached houses as well as townhouses. This approval also includes circa. 13,000 sq. ft of retail space.
The second approval provides full planning permission for the Ballyclare Relief Road from Ollar Valley, to North of the Doagh Road.
