We acquired this former timber yard situated to the north of Hackney Road.

We subsequently achieved planning for a mixed use scheme with fourteen residential units and 3,000 sq ft of B1 commercial space.

During construction this site was sold to London Borough of Tower Hamlets to enable a major regeneration of the local area.
